Payment and Cancellation Policies

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are no modifications to the cancellation and rescheduling policy with regard to COVID-19. Should this change in the future, that information will be available on this page of the website. Absent such information, the Cancellation and Rescheduling policies outlined below are both accurate and current.
 


 
Payment Policy for Private Parties
(See Policy for Company/Government Events Below.)
 
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation and is due at the time of booking. You have twenty-four hours from the time of payment to change your mind and receive a refund of your deposit. Deposits may be paid through Venmo, Cash App and Zelle or with debit/credit card on the payment page of this website. Online payments are processed through Pay Pal and are very secure. You don't have to be a Pay Pal member to pay this way.....simply pay as a Guest.  A receipt will be automatically generated from the payment site. For each payment method, I will send you an email confirming that your deposit has been received and your reservation is guaranteed. Deposit amounts are as follows.
 
Package total $199.00 or less - $50.00 deposit.
Package total $200.00 to $299.00 - $75.00 deposit.
Package total $300.00 and above - $100.00 deposit.

  The remaining balance (the total price of your entertainment package minus the deposit) may be paid with cash payment, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle the day of your event.
 
If you choose to pay the entire amount in advance and must cancel, all but the deposit amount will be immediately returned to you in the same form as your payment.
 
If the individual who is making payment will not be present at the event, the entire amount is required in advance. Everything else is the same.

  You may reschedule your party and carryover your deposit to the new party date ONLY IF the original party date is ten or more days away at the time you reschedule. Otherwise, each date requires a separate deposit. The deposit is not tied to your party, but to your reserved date.
 
 
 
Payment Policy for Company or Government Events
 
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation and is payable online at this website. Online payments are processed through PayPal and are secure. You don't need a PayPal account to pay this way - simply pay as a guest. The remaining balance is payable with cash payment, debit/credit card or business check the day of your event.
 
Package total $199.00 or less - $50.00 deposit.
Package total $200.00 to $299.00 - $75.00 deposit.
Package total $300.00 and above - $100.00 deposit.
 
If you prefer to pay the entire amount in advance and must cancel, all but the deposit amount will be immediately returned to you in the same form as your payment.

Deposits are waived for Public Libraries and Child Care Centers.
