Payment Policy for Private Parties
Please make your payment in full within twenty-four hours of booking your event. You can pay with Credit/Debit card by going to www.BalloonCreatures.com and clicking on the page titled Pay Now. If you prefer paying with check or money order, please call or email for instructions.
If you should need to cancel your reservation, all but a $50.00 cancellation fee will be promptly returned to you in the same form as your payment.
Payment Policy for Company and Government Events
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance may be paid by cash or check the day of your event.
If you prefer to pay the entire amount in advance and must cancel, all but the $50.00 deposit will be promptly returned to you in the same form as your payment.
You can pay your deposit or the entire amount by Credit/Debit card by going to www.BalloonCreatures.com and clicking on Pay Now. You may also pay by Company Check or Money Order via United States Postal Service.
